So we will speak about this series which is an American sports drama TV series. Its story comes from a book which has the same name. Friday Night Flight is produced by NBC Universal and premiered on October 3, 2006. It was airing for two seasons on the National Broadcasting Company (NBC). Friday Night Flight is directed by David Nevis, Brian Grazer, and Peter Berg. the story of this series talks about high school football team and the focus is done to the team coach Eric Taylor and his family. the series takes many issues about American culture which includes racism, drugs, abortion, school funding, and lack of economic opportunities. This series has get low ratings and was to be stopped due to that reason in the second season, although it had gotten critical and fans admiration. It ended on February 9, 2011.

Friday Night Flight consists of five seasons. It has two soundtracks with music the first was released in 2007, and the second was released in 2010.

The main story talks about the football coach Eric Taylor who tries to balance between his personal and sporting life, who has also his future ambitions and always try to reach to. If we go outside of Eric life we will see that the story talks about his players  and their problems and life either during their personal life or sporting problems or injuries.

So in the first season the story of it talks about the promotion of the football coach Eric Taylor to the coach position of high school football team and the weakness and paralysis of star player Jason Street.

The second season story talks about Taylor moving to Austin because he becomes coach assistant and remain his wife in Dillon with his children.

The third season story talks about the failure of the coach Taylor to led his teams in reaching state champions, and the pressures which are faced him after this failure.

The fourth season story talks about Eric Taylor and his trying to collect his players on his team, in addition to his struggling with the team.

The Fifth and last season story talks about his success in leading the team to be the state champions.
